Dr. Michael P. Toshok, D.O.

Dr. Toshok has over two decades of experience as a physician working closely with patients who suffer from chronic pain.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh and completed medical school at A.T. Still University of Health Sciences/Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship at Doctors Hospital, Columbus, Ohio, and his residency in anesthesiology at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, as well as the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and the former UPMC Pain Evaluation and Treatment Institute.

Dr. Toshok is a board-certified anesthesiologist specializing in the treatment of chronic pain patients.

Dr. Toshok is a member of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, the American Osteopathic Association, and the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology.

Physicians Assistant

Kelli Sarocky, PA-C is a native of western Pennsylvania.  She is a summa cum laude graduate of University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.  She then graduated with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies at Seaton Hill University.  Kelli has experience in different aspects of medical care, including having worked as a Pharmacy Technician, Physical Therapy Aide and completing the EMT certification.  She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania by the National Commission on Certification of Physicians Assistants.  Kelli joined Dr. Toshok’s practice in 2010.  She enjoys giving back to the community by engating in volunteer activities such as Relay for Life and raising money for the Humane Society.

Accepted Insurance and Billing Information

We accept most major medical insurance plans. We see both Highmark and UPMC patients, as well as, workers’ compensation, auto insurances, and Medicare patients.  If you have a question as to whether or not your plan is an accepted insurance, please contact our office.
